PLOT

Asep terlihat pasrah dan nelangsa, karena hari itu, keluarganya melamar seorang gadis di desanya yang tidak ia sukai. Di hari yang sama, Desa Endah Pisan, yang tenang, damai tiba-tiba dikejutkan dengan kehadiran beberapa model foto dari Jakarta dan crew fotografernya yang akan mengambil lokasi pemotretan di desa tempat Asep tinggal. Disinilah, Asep jatuh cinta pada pandangan pertama, ketika melihat Farah yang berparas cantik berdiri di dalam sunroof mobil.

Para warga marah dan hendak menghajar rombongan fotografer karena dianggap menodai tempat keramat dengan model-modelnya yang berpakaian minim namun Asep berhasil menyelamatkan Farah dan kawan-kawannya dari para warga.

Saat Farah harus kembali ke Jakarta, Asep selalu terbayang wajah Farah, hingga akhirnya Asep mengutarakan niatnya untuk menyusul Farah ke kota. Ibunya takmengijinkan namun Asep nekad pergi ke Jakarta untuk mencari Farah.

PLOT

AINA (Aziz Gagap) mahasiswa yang mempunyai pekerjaan sampingan sebagai penggali kuburan. Ia tinggal bersama Boy (Reymond) dan Ceko (Rozi Mahally). Boy yang merasa dirinya paling ganteng berpacaran dengan Princess (Nadya Almira). Saking cintanya dengan Princess, ia rela meminjam uang kesana-sini untuk  membahagiaka Princess. Sedangkan Ceko memendam cinta dengan Niken (Keira Shabira)

Suatu ketika Donatus (Albert) teman mereka membuat dokumentasi tentang Aina sebagai pekerja penggali kubur. Disaat bersamaan Boy dan Ceko menemukan sebuah buku KIAT CEPAT KAYA SECARA MISTIK. Di buku itu ditulis bila menyimpan foto jenazah orang mati akibat termakan sumpah pocong, maka rejekinya akan dimudahkan. Kebetulan Aina mendapat job menggali kubur orang yang mati akibat sumpah pocong. Malam itu Boy, Ceko dan Donatus ikut ke pemakaman umum bersama Aina. Dan mereka berhasil memotret jenazah memakai Hp. Sehari kemudian mereka mendapat tawaran main film sebagai figuran dan dibayar dengan honor tinggi. Inilah salah satu bukti sukses mereka

Tetapi keanehan pun terjadi setelah mereka sukses. Uang yang mereka dapatkan berubah menjadi sobekan kain kafan. Mereka diteror dengan sosok pria yang sangat misterius. Dan yang paling menyeramkan sekaligus konyol adalah munculnya pocong dan kuntuilanak. Pocong dan kuntilanak kompak mengganggu setiap hari tapi entah kenapa setiap di ganggu malah mahluk halus itu sial. Dan ada pula mahluk aneh seperti suster ngepot dan pocong pink

“Di negeri ini kebenaran dan kebetulan tipis bedanya…”

Patiwa, salah satu kandidat Bupati di Kabupaten Kuncup Mekar, ia harus menjalani operasi medis akibat Dada kanannya tertembak saat berkampanye. Pasca operasi, Patiwa tetap harus menjalani perawatan serius di Rumah Sakit, karena dia harus menunggu hingga keluarnya KENTUT.

KENTUT yang semula dianggap remeh, seketika menjadi persoalan penting dan melibatkan banyak pihak. Sementara hari pemilihan kursi Bupati tinggal sedikit waktu. Kepanikan menimbulkan konflik besar antara pihak Rumah Sakit dengan Tim Sukses Patiwa yang dipimpin perempuan cerdas nan jelita bernama Irma.  Situasi ini dimanfaatkan oleh kandidat lawan bernama Jasmera yang selalu tampil berapi-api untuk mendapatkan simpati masyarakat. Jasmera bersama Delarosa penyanyi dangdut yang fenomenal sebagai pasangan Cawabup, selalu meneriakkan slogan anti kemunafikan dan memiliki program- program kampanye kontroversial serta cenderung nyeleneh. Untuk memperlambat keluarnya KENTUT Patiwa, maka Jasmera meminta bantuan paranormal, dengan harapan agar Patiwa dinyatakan berhalangan tetap, hingga tidak dapat mengikuti putaran kedua.

Rumah Sakit berubah suasananya. Dokter Kepala, Satpam, dan seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit semakin kelabakan dengan munculnya para pemburu berita dan beragam kelompok Agama . Mereka berkumpul untuk berdoa bagi kesehatan Patiwa, dengan seremoni yang berbeda satu sama lainnya. Situasi Rumah Sakit tidak lagi nyaman, karna mendadak berubah menjadi ruang politik. Menjadi ruang harapan bagi kepentingan banyak orang.  Akhirnya KENTUT menjadi idola dari semua peristiwa yang terjadi
